Acceptance of Terms
You acknowledge and accept that by using this Website, you agree to be bound by these Conditions of Use. If you do not agree with any of these terms, do not use this Website.
Any use of and/or acquisition of any product and/or service offered on this Website is subject to the applicable Idprint Contract Conditions ("Other Terms and Conditions"). All the Terms and Conditions, Terms of Usage and/or any transactions occurring online at www.idprint.com.au or by phone are subject to the laws of the relevant Australian State. Idprint is not responsible for the delay and/or damages resulting from machinery breakdown, Acts of God, and from other actions, both governmental and otherwise, including but not limited to war, riot, seizure, and embargo. The tools available on www.idprint.com.au to create documents is the property of Idprint and its affiliated entities. The Buyer’s order shall be deemed an acceptance of the Seller's terms. The Terms and conditions shall in all respects be governed by the relevant Australian State.
All orders are subject to acceptance by Idprint. We reserve the right to reject any order at any time without recourse. We also reserve the right to change the price at any time even after we receive the order.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of the product, no returns can be made once the order is processed and/or shipped. Any claims for defects, damages, or shortages must be made in writing within two (2) days after receipt of the merchandise. We will replace only those orders that were processed incorrectly on our behalf and not by a mistake on the Buyers behalf. The replacement of the order will take place only after the receipt of returned merchandise. We will not replace the order if it is determined by us that the order was misused or mishandled by the buyer or part of the order was used by the buyer and part of the order is being returned.
To deliver the desired products within achievable delivery deadlines Idprint uses an automated system to commence the individual production process for your order instantly upon the order being submitted. For this reason, once an order has been received by Idprint all charges and fees attributable to the submitted work become immediately and fully owed to Idprint and are not able to be modified or cancelled. If changes are required after an order has been submitted Idprint may, at it’s sole discretion, offer a discounted reprint charge upon request.
Shipping terms are F.O.B. "FOB origin" (also sometimes phrased as "FOB shipping" or "FOB shipping point") indicates that the sale is considered complete at the seller's shipping dock, and thus the buyer of the goods is responsible for freight costs and liability during transport. Idprint will arrange for shipping with the carrier on behalf of the buyer. The Buyer will be fully responsible for the shipping and handling cost. Idprint will not be responsible for the delay in delivery, loss or damage of the order while the order is with the shipping carrier. Please note that we act as your agent for all deliveries and cannot be responsible for freight issues once they leave our factory with your selected courier. That said, if you have issues that you feel have not been handled satisfactorily by your courier, please let us know. We will try our best to help escalate your complaints for a speedy and acceptable resolution. No refunds are given if the parcel is with the courier company. If the parcel is lost, we will contact the courier company on your behalf and if necessary reprint only if the courier has deemed the parcel is lost. We will raise the insurance claim with the courier company in order to use the claim to reprint the job.
Payments, accounts and credit cards
If the Buyer's credit card is declined, Idprint will not process the Buyer’s order. If the order is shipped and should the Buyer's account become delinquent, Buyer agrees to pay a monthly finance charge of 2% (annual percentage rate of 24%) on the unpaid balance. If an account goes beyond the payment term's due date, unless specific arrangements are made, future purchases will require advance payment. In the event that Idprint must commence legal action to enforce any terms of this agreement, the Buyer agrees to pay reasonable legal fees and costs.
In the event of the customer being in default of his obligation to pay and the overdue account is then referred to a debt collection agency and/or law firm for collection, the commission payable and legal costs on an indemnity basis shall be added to the amount outstanding and form part of the debt and in the event where the collection agency charges commission on a contingency basis the commission which would be charged if it achieved 100% recovery shall be added to the debt and the total shall be treated as a liquidated sum.
Idprint neither makes any explicit warranty nor implies or accepts any responsibility other than possible replacement of the products that Buyer is buying. Idprint may, but does not guarantee, the replacement of the defective product, or credit the amount of the purchase price. It is your responsibility to check and approve your artwork. We do not accept responsibility for spelling, grammar, dates, punctuation errors and suitability of colours. Once you have approved the artwork, any changes or reprints will be at your cost. Screen colours are never accurate; please check your CMYK specifications. We print a CMYK printing process only and as such, there will be a colour shift from what is displayed on your RGB computer monitor. There also may be a slight colour shift from print run to print run, due to factors such as humidity, coatings and inherent stock variation. Any files received in any other colour format (i.e.: Pantone, RGB, Lab, HSB) will still be printed and may not reproduce as your expectations. Timings and turnaround timelines indicated on the website and in any correspondence are an approximate only. Idprint cannot be held liable for exact timings, missed deadlines and factors beyond our control due to, but not limited to, breakdown, damage, suppliers, couriers and postage. Whilst Idprint do our best to meet or beat timings, Buyers should always ensure enough time is factored in for unexpected delays. Idprint will not issue refunds, part refunds or reprints due to timing issues.
In general terms, if a graphic artist is commissioned to create an artistic work, the graphic artist will own copyright, unless there is an agreement to the contrary. In these cases, the client will have the right (“licence”) to use the work for the purposes for which it was commissioned.
Here at idprint, Graphic Design is based on a sliding scale regarding Copyright.
Logo work & one-off commissions are more expensive as we implicitly sign over the rights of Logo use to the client. Graphic Design for business cards, brochures, flyers is subsidised if on-going print work is being ordered through idprint. If you want the release of copyright so as to print somewhere else or want to have full control of the finished product, ie pull apart the elements and re-create/modify the artwork then please advise and costs can be quoted.
Release of artwork is based on a case by case basis, please email for a quote here: email@example.com

2. Pictures / photos / images that we do not hold the copyright license to.
